⚡ Getting started

  • 📱 iAttendance supports PWA (Progressive Web App). Click the "Install" button at the Home page to install the app directly—no app store needed. Supports phone, tablet, and desktop.
  • 👤 Your staff must first create an account on iAttendance. Then go to User Manager and search by email to add them to your company.
  • 📍 Please allow the app to access your location. When the app is closed, location access immediately stops.
  • 🌐 The app works well on Chrome, MS Edge, and Safari (iOS 18).
  • 🔄 If the popup keeps spinning during check-in/out, clear browser cache and try again.
  • 📧 When you create a new account, a notification email will be sent with login credentials. Check Spam/Junk folder if not found.
  • 🏢 One person can be a member of multiple companies.
  • 🔑 Multiple people can login to the company portal but only one person holds the ADMIN role.
  • 🏠 From the home page: "Admin" button → company portal. "User" button → personal portal.
  • 📡 Use a phone with GPS for accurate QR code location. If GPS is inaccurate, admin can disable GPS check in QR settings.
  • ⚙️ Many modules use configs and templates. Create them before using those modules.
