Payments & subscription plans
Upgrade your plan, pay by VietQR or PayPal, and review your transaction history.
Subscription Plan ✅ Before you start
- A clear idea of how many users and restaurant tables you actually need.
- A credit or debit card, a PayPal account, or a banking app that supports VietQR.
🧭 Step by step
📦 Pick the module to upgrade
Subscription Plan
The "Subscription Plan" group separates two modules: "User Module Subscription" and "Restaurant Module Subscription".
Each has its own plan and expiry date, so you only pay for what you actually use.
🔢 Choose quantity and duration
For the user plan you set "Total Users" and "Total Months". The system multiplies quantity × months × unit price and shows the result on the "Total amount: … USD" line, updating as you change the values.
A preview grid underneath shows the limits of the new plan — for example "Max Allow Users" — so you can check before paying.
While the company is on the free plan the "Plan Type" selector is disabled and "Total Users" is prefilled with the free-tier maximum.
- There are minimum and maximum values for both quantity and months. If the payment button will not enable, check what you have entered.
☑️ Accept the terms
You must tick the terms checkbox before the payment button becomes active. This step is mandatory.

❓ Frequently asked questions
1 What are the current plan and next plan?
The current plan is the one in force. The next plan replaces it when it expires — it defaults to Free, and anything you buy lands there.
The pricing page explains the mechanism in full.
2 How can I pay?
Credit card, debit card, PayPal account or VietQR.
3 Are payments refundable?
No. Successful transactions are not refunded, so check the price and expiry date before you confirm.
4 What if I let the plan expire?
You get a 5-day grace period from the expiry date. After that the account drops to Free, limits revert to the free tier, and data above those limits is deleted.
5 Can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes, on request — please contact support.
