Open a produce shop, list items, fulfil orders and track your revenue.

Where it lives in the company portal Farm - Seller

✅ Before you start

Farm - Seller › Shop Management

Open "Shop Management". The "List Shops" grid has columns such as Logo, Photo, Email, Name, Production Type, Product Catalog and Currency.

Press ➕ to open the "Add Shop" dialog and fill in your details. This is step one — nothing can be listed until the shop exists.

Farm - Seller › Shop Address

Add pickup and delivery addresses. You can keep several and edit or remove them as things change.

Farm - Seller › Product Catalog

Create catalogues and product groups so buyers can find things, much as you would lay out a market stall.

Farm - Seller › Selling Item

Create each item with a name, price, photo and description.

When you run out, mark the item sold out rather than deleting it — that keeps everything ready to relist.

Tip

Clear photos and honest descriptions cut down on cancelled orders from buyers who expected something else.

Farm - Seller › Processing Orders · All Orders

"Processing Orders" is the queue of orders to prepare and ship.

"All Orders" lets you filter back through everything by status and date.

Farm - Seller › Shop Revenue · Statistic

"Shop Revenue" and "Statistic" give you the picture of how the shop is trading over time.

1 What comes first when selling on nongtrang.vn?

Create the shop in "Shop Management". Addresses, catalogues and items all come after that.

2 Should I delete items when they sell out?

No — mark them sold out. You keep the photo, description and price ready for when stock returns.

3 Where do I see revenue?

In "Shop Revenue" and "Statistic" under the "Farm - Seller" group.

4 How do I talk to buyers?

Through "Chats", which supports real-time messaging.
