📋 iAttendance Price List
iAttendance provides services as subscription plans. Customers can choose plans based on their needs.
Every module in your account always holds 2 plan slots: a current plan and a next plan. When the current plan expires, the system automatically promotes the next plan into the current slot — you do not have to do anything.

👥 User Management
Free- 👤 Max 3 users
- 🗓️ Attendance history: 3 months
🍽️ Restaurant Management
Free- 🪑 Max 50 tables (across all restaurants)
- 🏪 Max 2 restaurants
- 🗓️ Data history: 6 months
If you run 1 or 2 restaurants with about 25 tables each, this free plan is enough for you.

🔁 How current & next plan work
- 🎯 The current plan is the one in force. It determines the limits you get right now — users, tables, restaurants and how long history is kept. Each plan has its own start and expiry date.
- ⏭️ The next plan is what replaces the current one the moment it expires. This slot defaults to Free; when you buy more, your purchase lands here.
- 🔄 When the current plan expires, the system copies the next plan into the current slot and resets the next slot back to Free. This runs automatically every night.
- ✅ If your next plan is a paid plan, the switch happens right after the expiry date and your service continues without interruption.
- ⏳ If your next plan is Free, you get a 5-day grace period from the expiry date. During those 5 days the account keeps its existing limits so you have time to renew.
- 📧 You are reminded: the system sends an email plus an in-app notification before the expiry date, and again after it has passed.
- 🧩 Each module is billed separately: User Management and Restaurant Management have independent plans and expiry dates. One expiring does not affect the other.
- 🆕 New accounts get the Free plan for 730 days (about 2 years) before it needs renewing.
⚠️ Important: once the account actually drops to the Free plan, limits revert to the free tier and any data above those limits is deleted — including restaurants, tables and menus beyond the allowance. If you are using more than the free tier permits, renew before the expiry date.
🛡️ Warranty Policy
The LE Company, owner of iAttendance (iattendance.co), always aims for long-term cooperation and your peace of mind.
- 🔧 If the system encounters any unforeseen issues, we may extend usage period depending on the severity of the problem.
- ⚡ Technical support provided as quickly as possible.
- 🔌 IoT devices (AIMTAS): 12-month warranty from installation date.
💳 Payment Terms & Conditions
Payment methods
After creating a free account, you can upgrade to a paid plan by purchasing additional users, restaurant tables, etc.
You can use credit card, debit card, PayPal account or VietQR to make payment.
Important notes
- ⚠️ Payment may fail if using Brave browser with Shields mode. Please disable Shields when paying. Best to use Chrome, MS Edge, Safari.
- ❌ Please carefully check price and expiration date before paying. Successful transactions will NOT be refunded.
- 🔒 We do not store any personal information (bank account numbers, PayPal details...). Payment is processed through PayPal.
- 📋 VAT invoice available upon request.
